CPQ Results

I remember when I first looked at the chart I was a little shocked at how different I was compared to everyone else in class. The results compared to the rest of the class that were most different were, past, collective, hierarchical, individual and being. Some of the scores are valid but others are not. For example, I do believe that the team as a whole should be responsible for attaining the overall goal and achieving towards the overall picture. This seems in line with my CPQ score for collective. However, I do also believe that our main responsibility are for ourselves and our immediate family but the scores reflect a 2.62. Another example is the scores of 'future' where I firmly believe that the day to day decisions should be based on long term needs and factors but my score showed 3.5, reflecting that I disagree.
The GCI and Globesmart score seem very accurate overall but this questionniare is the only test that I disagree so much with in many aspects. This leads me to believe whether there was either a misunderstanding of the questions asked or the questions itself are not effective in identifying correct results.
