GCI

This is my first post. It is regarding the GCI assessment. I liked taking the assessment and discovering the results. During the process I wasn't sure if I answered everything correctly but I gave my current best estimate. Some of the questions I found to be enlightening, and especially the results taken back. I was pleased with how I did and the answers to the assessments. Unfortuantely it took a while to figure out how to blog so I am not writing directly after taking the results. The part about Independent or Interdependent on the results surprised me. I find myself Independent yet in a team setting I can see how I scored so highly for Interdependence. I found my results compared to other countries quite pleasing. Although I had a unique and individual path line, I was still pretty compatible and balanced with some of the leading countries of the world.
